Owen Marciano

Owen joined The College of Liberal Arts & Sciences Student Academic Services Office in July 2009 as an Advising Specialist.  He holds a B.A. in English and Women’s Studies from Binghamton University and an M.A. in Student Personnel Administration from NYU. 

As Advising Specialist for Environmental Studies and Sociology Departments, Owen hopes to provide students with clear, accurate information, to help connect students with faculty advisors, to serve as an advising contact for faculty, and to serve as a liaison to College Student Academic Services, the University Advising Center, and the University Career Center.  Owen loves working with college students and is passionately committed to student success.
