Noel Rasor

Noel serves as the academic advisor for graduate students for the three College of Liberal Arts & Sciences Master's degrees offered at the Edwards Campus: International Studies, Public Administration and Communication Studies. Most students in these programs work full time, so she does her best to be available and answer questions to help students meet degree requirements as they juggle all their commitments.
