Dr. Kim McNeley is the Assistant Dean of Student Academic
Services (formerly Undergraduate Services). Dr. McNeley came to KU in
2005 from the University of Missouri-Kansas City School of Medicine. She
had served there as Assistant Dean of Student Affairs since 2002 and had
previously served as the Assistant Dean of first and second year medical
students.
Dr. McNeley received a Master's degree in counseling from the University
of North Texas in 1988 and a Ph. D. in Education and Psychology from UMKC
in 1998, where she won the Outstanding Dissertation Award in the School
of Education . Dr. McNeley is a representative to the National Committee
on Student Records and has contributed to over twenty publications dealing
with student affairs.
